Yangzijiang SME fund participation will anchor a SGD100m vehicle launched by ICH Asset Management, founded by former CEO Vincent Toe, to support Singapore’s small and medium-sized enterprises. The Yangzijiang SME fund will begin investing in September, targeting firms in healthcare, technology, sustainability, and consumer services. With a strategy covering companies from pre-IPO through public listing, the fund aims to close capital gaps for SMEs often underserved by institutional investors. Yangzijiang said its SME commitment underscores a long-term focus on Singapore’s equity market, supporting firms seen as the backbone of the local economy.
