Thailand AI Adoption Requires Enterprise-Wide Transformation, Google Cloud Says

Thailand AI adoption should move beyond isolated pilot projects and become embedded across core business operations if organisations are to unlock the technology's full economic value, according to Google Cloud Thailand.

Country manager Saruj Thipsena said enterprise-wide deployment could generate THB1.4tr (USD43bn) in economic value over the next five years.

He said organisations require consistent AI governance, secure access to internal data, collaboration across departments and clearly measurable business outcomes.

Google Cloud is promoting Gemini Enterprise and its agent platform to help businesses deploy specialised AI applications for customer service, inventory management and other operational functions.

The company also warned that artificial intelligence is accelerating cyber threats, making rapid vulnerability detection, governance improvements and workforce upskilling increasingly important as businesses redesign processes around AI-enabled operations.
