St. James’s Place Appoints John Elkovich as CEO for Singapore


British wealth manager St. James’s Place Singapore has named John Elkovich as its new chief executive officer, where he will oversee client offerings, business development, and expansion of its financial adviser partnership. Elkovich, who joined in 2024 as head of partnership and has served as interim CEO since April 2025, brings more than 30 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, and insurance. His past roles include senior positions at Prudential, Bank of China, and ANZ. Based in Singapore, he will report to Oliver Wickham, partnership director for Asia and the Middle East, as St. James’s Place aims to grow its presence in a market seeing rising demand for professional financial advice.
