Singapore family office legal services are expanding with the launch of The Little Law Corporation, a boutique firm targeting founders, family offices, private equity managers and multinational companies involved in cross-border transactions across Asia.
Founder and managing director Shen Xiaoyin has more than 14 years of experience spanning commercial litigation, international arbitration, mergers and acquisitions and investment advisory work.
Her previous roles include Allen & Gledhill, Allianz, Mastercard and Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC.
She established the firm after leaving Chung Ting Fai & Co in April 2026, where she led the corporate, M&A and ESG practice.
The Little Law Corporation will focus on technology, artificial intelligence and Web3 governance, China-Southeast Asia transactions, strategic investments, corporate governance, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
The launch reflects growing demand for specialist legal support as family offices and private capital investors pursue increasingly complex cross-border structures throughout Asia.
