Peter Lee Family Office Accelerates Kazakhstan Green Energy Investments

The Peter Lee family office is accelerating its expansion into Central Asia through planned investments exceeding USD1bn in green energy projects in Kazakhstan.
Alan Chan Ying-lung, managing partner of Full Vision Capital, the family office of Henderson Land Development co-chairman and managing director Peter Lee Ka-kit, said the firm is advancing projects in Astana involving sustainable aviation fuel, smart energy storage and related clean technologies.
Trial production using agricultural waste as feedstock for biofuel is already under way while Full Vision Capital works to finalise investment agreements.
Chan said Kazakhstan’s extensive agricultural resources and natural assets provide a strong foundation for renewable energy development and low-carbon fuel production.
The investments reflect growing interest among Asian family offices in long-term infrastructure, energy transition and sustainability opportunities beyond traditional financial centres.
Full Vision Capital believes Kazakhstan could develop into an important regional hub for sustainable aviation fuel and advanced clean energy technologies serving Central Asian and international markets.
