The Hong Kong finance careers trend is further supported by widespread adoption of artificial intelligence, with 75% already using AI tools during job applications.
Around 38% believed AI had no negative impact on employment prospects, while 37% said it made finding work easier.
More than 90% viewed Hong Kong as offering the best career opportunities, while 90% of students studying abroad indicated plans to return.
