CapitaLand Investment Targets USD500m for Third Asia-Pacific Credit Fund

The CapitaLand Asia-Pacific credit fund platform is expanding as CapitaLand Investment seeks USD500m for its third regional private-credit programme, Bloomberg reported.
The new vehicle, ACP III, will focus on senior secured and asset-backed investments and is expected to target mainly existing investors. A first close is planned by the end of 2026.
The fundraising follows the USD320m close of ACP II, which added around USD600m to CapitaLand Investment’s funds under management.
Capital was allocated to mortgage loans backed by logistics, office and living-sector properties in Sydney and Seoul.
Its first credit programme raised AUD265m (USD191m).
CapitaLand Investment has previously said that its Asia-Pacific real estate credit platform has deployed more than SGD10bn alongside Wingate Group.
The new fundraising reflects growing institutional demand for private credit strategies offering asset-backed exposure across Asia-Pacific real estate markets.
