Black Spade Urges Family Offices to Boost Digital Asset Allocations

Hong Kong’s Black Spade Capital has urged family offices to raise exposure to digital assets and emerging technologies following a meeting between CEO Dennis Tam and Ark Invest’s Cathie Wood. The discussions highlighted opportunities in AI, robotics, blockchain, space exploration, and energy storage. Wood forecast Bitcoin could hit USD1.5m and Ethereum USD166,000 by 2030, citing increasing adoption by governments and banks. Tam said digital assets are now a mainstream asset class and encouraged family offices to diversify via funds, ETFs, and stocks tied to innovation sectors to drive growth and maintain competitiveness.
