Amundi Asia investment hub capabilities have been strengthened through five senior appointments and relocations as Europe’s largest asset manager deepens its commitment to the region.

John O’Toole has been appointed Asia chief investment officer, based in Hong Kong, while retaining his global position as head and CIO of Amundi’s Solutions platform.

Other senior moves include Andriy Boychuk as global deputy head of emerging markets fixed income and Ray Jian as head of fixed income North Asia and emerging-market debt aggregate strategies.

Nick McConway has been appointed head of emerging-market equities, Asia, while Siddharth Sanghvi joins as an emerging-market equity senior portfolio manager. Both are based in Singapore.

McConway and Sanghvi began their roles this month, while Boychuk and Jian relocated to Singapore and Hong Kong, respectively, earlier in 2026.

The appointments strengthen Amundi’s regional investment capabilities across equities, fixed income and multi-asset solutions.
