Zurich Malaysia, through Zurich Takaful Malaysia Berhad (ZTMB) and Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad (ZGTMB), has partnered with Aeon Bank (M) Berhad, Malaysia’s first Islamic digital bank. This collaboration aims to offer Shariah-compliant solutions to enhance the financial wellbeing of local customers, reflecting a commitment to fintech adoption and digital-first protection products in Malaysia’s Islamic finance ecosystem. Shamsul Azman, CEO of ZGTMB, highlighted the partnership’s role in expanding takaful coverage through digitalisation. Nur Fatihah Mustafa, representative of ZTMB, emphasised their shared vision for promoting financial inclusion and meeting the needs of digital-savvy customers.
