StanChart makes senior appointments in Asia

Standard Chartered has named Xie Wen as its global head of business banking and Mohamed Keraine as its Singapore-based global digital head for consumer, private, and business banking (CPBB). The appointments were part of a raft of senior appointments that StanChart has made within its CPBB unit. Wen's appointment takes effect from April 1 while that of Keraine will be from March 28. Wen and Keraine will report to CPBB chief executive Judy Hsu. The bank also appointed Jessie Li as head of CPBB from April 1 while Richard Li, who joins from HSBC, has been named CPBB China head.
