Singapore-based robo-advisor and investment platform Syfe has closed its Series C funding round at USD80m to support regional expansion across Asia. The round includes a USD53m Series C2 equity raise following a USD27m Series C1 in August 2024, bringing total capital raised to USD132m. Two UK-based family offices led the round, with participation from existing backers Unbound and Valar Ventures. Syfe, which became profitable in early 2024, has over 250,000 users and operates in more than 60 countries. The firm will use the funds to drive product development, AI automation, and customer experience enhancements. Syfe recently partnered with BlackRock and made an acquisition offer for Australia’s Selfwealth, while also reporting improved financials for its latest fiscal year.
