Temasek Trust, founded by Singapore’s state investment fund Temasek Holdings, has launched TT Foundation Advisors (TTFA), a new provider of philanthropy advisory and management services aimed at foundations, family offices, businesses, philanthropists, and charities across Asia. The initiative responds to increasing wealth among Asian millennials and growing philanthropic prioritisation among the region's family offices, as highlighted in a 2023 DBS report. TTFA taps into Singapore's emerging status as a regional philanthropic hub, with numerous family offices and top family businesses. It also meets demands for outsourced philanthropy services and donor-advised funds (DAFs), essential for qualifying for tax incentives under Singapore's Philanthropy Tax Incentive Scheme.
