Raffles Family Office appointed Terence Seow as managing director and board adviser, tasking the 40‑year banking veteran with steering strategy at the Hong Kong‑headquartered multi‑family office. Seow previously held senior roles at Citibank, DBS and Bank of Singapore. The firm also named Shaun Lim managing director for relationship management to deepen coverage of ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients. Lim, formerly Royal Bank of Canada Wealth Management’s North Asia market head, earlier worked at Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse. Based in Singapore, Lim will report to Kendrick Lee, the group’s Singapore chief executive. Raffles said the pair would bolster strategic planning and expand client advisory services as the firm accelerates growth in Asia, where rising wealth and complex succession needs are driving demand for independent family‑office solutions.
