Raffles Family Office CEO heads HK-SG business association

Raffles Family Office Group CEO Chi-man Kwan has been elected president of the Hong Kong Singapore Business Association (HSBA), a cross-border business group linking two of Asia’s top financial hubs. Dennis Chiu will remain chairman of the association, which was founded in 1994 to strengthen business ties between Hong Kong and Singapore. The announcement was made during HSBA’s annual general meeting, attended by Owin Fung, director of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Singapore. HSBA is part of the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide. The appointment follows Raffles Family Office’s recent senior hires in both cities, underscoring its regional expansion.
