The Philippine Department of Finance is exploring investment opportunities with global financial services firm Macquarie Group, focusing on public-private partnership (PPP) projects. Finance Undersecretary Maria Luwalhati Dorotan-Tiuseco met with Macquarie officials in Singapore to discuss potential collaborations. She highlighted the expansion of PPPs following the passage of the PPP Code and upcoming reforms aimed at enhancing the business climate, including the CREATE MORE bill expected to pass this year.
