Peggy Lee takes helm at BNP Paribas AM Hong Kong


BNP Paribas Asset Management has named Peggy Lee as the new Chief Executive Officer of its Hong Kong operations, a position that awaits regulatory approval. Effective from November 8, Lee will also serve as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Asia Pacific region. With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, Lee has held significant roles at major institutions, including Manulife Investment Management, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, and Allianz Global Investors. In her most recent position at Manulife, she led retail marketing globally and served as the Asia CMO. Based in Hong Kong, she will report to Mike Nikou, CEO for the Asia Pacific region, and Paul Van Eynde, the global CMO in London, succeeding Guillaume Wehry. Her appointment marks a strategic move by BNP Paribas Asset Management to strengthen its presence and foster growth in Asia Pacific markets.
