Navis Leads USD58m Investment in Eton Solutions as Family Office Sector Expands

Navis Capital Partners, a Southeast Asian private equity firm, has led a USD58m Series C funding round for Eton Solutions, a US-based wealthtech firm serving over 800 family offices globally. The two-tranche investment will drive further development of Eton’s AI-powered Atlas Five platform, which processes over 14 million transactions and supports more than 130,000 entities annually. Eton has experienced a fourfold revenue increase in three years, with a 340% expansion in its international client base. With operations in North Carolina and Singapore, the firm is well-positioned to benefit from Asia Pacific’s rapidly growing family office sector, which is expected to surpass North America by 2030.
