Lumen and Aument Merge to Launch Asia-Focused Family Office Platform

Lumen Capital Investors is merging with the wealth division of Aument Capital Group to form a technology-driven family office platform aimed at Asia’s entrepreneurial families.

Aument will take a strategic stake in Lumen and integrate its family office and discretionary asset management services into the new entity, which will retain the Lumen Capital Investors name. The platform will offer consolidated reporting, flexible mandates, and bespoke investment solutions.

Backed by Hong Kong-based Carret Private Capital, the merged firm combines Lumen’s wealth management expertise with Aument’s technology infrastructure. The transaction, subject to regulatory approval, is expected to close in Q3 2025 as the firm seeks to scale operations across Asia.
