Landmark Family Office expansion

Landmark Family Office expansion plans include establishing operations in Malaysia and Singapore during 2027 as the Hong Kong-based firm seeks to develop a regional wealth management network.

Founded in 2022, Landmark provides asset management, private equity investment, family governance and wealth succession services for high-net-worth families.

The company said it was assessing the establishment of local branches in both Southeast Asian markets to support cross-border investment and wealth planning.

Landmark also outlined potential cooperation with US financial services company Charles Schwab in equity research, asset allocation and international investment services.

However, details of the proposed cooperation remain subject to formal confirmation.

The firm claimed that its first two investment strategy phases generated returns exceeding 200%, while its third phase targets gains above 360%.

These figures have not been independently verified.

The proposed expansion reflects growing competition among family office service providers seeking wealthy clients across Asian financial centres.
