The Hong Kong government has reappointed Christina Choi, Rico Leung, and Michael Duignan as executive directors of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for new three-year terms.
Choi will continue as executive director of Investment Products until 31 October 2025, after which she will transition to Corporate Finance on 1 November. Leung will remain executive director of Supervision of Markets from 28 August 2025. Duignan, currently overseeing Corporate Finance, will assume the role of executive director of Enforcement starting 1 November, as current Enforcement head Christopher Wilson steps down at the end of his term.
