Hong Kong Investment Summit 2026 Highlights AI and Alternative Assets

The Hong Kong Investment Summit 2026 concluded on November 4 after three days of discussions on shifting investment trends, alternative assets and artificial intelligence.

More than 300 local and overseas financial and business leaders attended the Global Financial Leaders’ Investment Summit, including over 100 chairmen and chief executives from banks, asset managers, private equity and venture capital firms, hedge funds and insurers.

The 'Conversations with Global Investors' forum, jointly organised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Securities and Futures Commission and Hong Kong Academy of Finance, featured more than 20 international investors.

Discussions covered asset and wealth management, investment opportunities across Asia and applications of AI to portfolio management and risk assessment.

The event provided a forum for institutional investors and wealth managers to assess emerging opportunities and risks while reinforcing Hong Kong's role in connecting global capital with Asian markets.
