Chubb Wealth investment outlook

The Chubb Wealth investment outlook is encouraging investors to reduce reliance on cash and diversify towards bonds, artificial intelligence-related assets and alternatives as uneven global economic conditions create differing opportunities across markets.

In its fourth-quarter 2026 outlook, the Hong Kong-based wealth manager said elevated starting yields make fixed income attractive for income generation.

It favours high-yield debt, Asian bonds and US dollar-denominated emerging-market debt.

Chubb also sees AI investment opportunities broadening beyond semiconductor chips into data centres, cooling systems, power generation, electricity grids and software.

Across Asia, differences in monetary policy, valuations, earnings and currencies are creating opportunities in China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, India and Southeast Asia.

Among alternative assets, Chubb favours infrastructure, citing investment requirements associated with electrification, energy security, renewable generation, grid modernisation and digital infrastructure as important long-term drivers.
