BRICS millionaire population set to surge by 85% in next decade

Henley & Partners, in collaboration with New World Wealth, forecasts an 85% increase in the millionaire population within the BRICS countries over the next decade, marking the highest wealth growth globally. This bloc, recently expanded to include Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, the UAE, and soon Saudi Arabia, currently boasts 1.6 million individuals with assets over a million dollars, holding a collective USD45tr in investable wealth. In contrast, the G7's millionaire count is expected to grow by 45%. The expansion reflects BRICS's challenge to the global economic hierarchy, with India and Saudi Arabia leading in wealth per capita growth projections at 110% and 105%, respectively. This anticipated growth underscores BRICS's emerging dominance as a powerful economic coalition.
