The Hong Kong Investment Funds Association (HKIFA) annual conference was inaugurated by HKIFA Chairman Nelson Chow, and provided a much-needed platform for the fund industry to hash out ideas and create partnerships. Julia Leung, CEO of the Securities and Futures Commission, gave an insightful keynote speech outlining her vision, regulatory focuses, and the path ahead for the industry.
