Several major Vietnamese banks have announced changes to their Boards of Directors and senior management since the beginning of 2023. ACB nominated two new members to its Board, and Liên Việt Post Bank elected new members to its Board and Supervisory Board. The National Bank appointed a new General Director. Demand for human resources in the finance and banking sector is expected to increase, with many banks actively recruiting new employees. Navigos Group predicts this trend will continue, attracting younger employees to the industry.
