Real estate consultancy Knight Frank has established its fourth private office globally in Singapore, following the launch of the New York private office in December 2021. The private office is a residential and commercial real estate advisory team that advises and transacts for high net worth clients, family offices, and their advisers. Expanding its private client advisory business in Singapore is part of the consultancy's stated strategy to be the market leading, global private client and family office adviser in real estate. Nicholas Keong, the former head of prime sales at Knight Frank Singapore, has been appointed to lead the private office in the city-state. Wendy Tang, group managing director of Knight Frank Singapore believes it is an opportune time for the consultancy to establish a private office in Singapore on the back of the expanding family office industry here.
