German firms say Philippines business is in good condition

More German firms operating in the Philippines said their business is in good situation, according to a recent survey. About 47% of those surveyed by the World Business Outlook (WBO) Spring 2022 commissioned by the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said the current situation of their business in the country is good, higher than the 32% in the previous WBO Fall survey in 2021. Around 43% of the German firms here considered their business situation in the Philippines “satisfactory”. About 55% are optimistic about their business operation over the next 12 months, while 44% expect their business to maintain the same condition.
