Citibank Singapore is set to open two additional satellite wealth advisory hubs in Parkway Parade and Holland Village by early 2024, augmenting its primary wealth hub at 268 Orchard Road. These new hubs aim to foster closer engagement between Citigold clients and their relationship managers. Despite global economic volatility, Citibank has consistently prioritised Singapore as a pivotal site for its global wealth expansion. Brendan Carney, Citibank Singapore’s CEO, highlighted Singapore’s significance as one of the bank’s four global wealth hubs and its flourishing affluent clientele base. Carney also revealed plans to shut all banking branches in Singapore, emphasising the strategic importance of these hubs in Citibank’s evolving hybrid service approach. Both new hubs will substantially expand in floor area to better serve clients.
